I have this picture saved in?

i have a picture saved in photoshop and it wont let me see it with any other program.how can isave it so i can see it with other regualar programs. i tihnk i have to change the file type right? to jpg or something.how ?!!

It is probably *.psd, so you must open it in photoshop and do File>>Save as. From the bottom bars type in name and file type as .jpg .png .bmp or .gif. Hope I helped
