I have this plant called wondering jew I cant stand it how do I get rid of it?

I have pulled it out chopped it up through it away and it still comes back what else can I do

Pull up the roots.

Use a weed killer designed for that type of plant.

Roundup is the only way to go with this super pest plant. I had the same problem till I used Roundup.

If you pour salt on it and around it, it should die off, especially if you get salt to the roots. Be sure not to get the salt on anything you want to still grow.

they ae impossible to get rid of becuase if one stem or root is in the ground it will grow back

That stuff is very hardy and spreads fast. Try some weed killer on it. Roundup works pretty good. You will never get all the roots by pulling them up. They are everywhere. I had some coming up through the bricks in my patio.
