Okay here's an idea.

A man or woman in a treadmill eating something like a hamburger or pizza, whatever. The treadmill is like the one you see in hamster-cages, only bigger.

The message is that food gives us energy but if we don't converse it to motion we get fat. And since a lot of us have jobs in which we don't get enough exercise we have to move aimlessly to stay healthy.
