I have this some-what itchy rash with bumps ... is this a sign of Diabetes?

It just started today out of the blue...

It's on my left arm and they are bumps. My arm is red, and they are sort of itchy, not too bad though.

2 other little blotches are appearing on my legs.

Is this a sign of diabetes? I really need help :(

NO IT ISNT SIGHNS OF DIABETES ARENT FROM RASHES AND ALL THAT THAT JUST MEANS YOU HAVE A REALLY BAD RASH I HAD THAT ONCE
