I have this thing for sun chips, i eat 3 bags at a time, i cant stop, i have HBP, this has been going on?

for a month. is there something i can eat that will give me the same satisfaction without all the salt? i hate potato chips.

Sweetie, if you have HBP you must stop the salt.  All it takes is a little willpower. Just don't buy them!  Go to Trader Joe's or any health food store, and buy some tortilla chips. Read the labels and buy the ones with the least salt.You can even find these mexican style chips in the supermarket.  Either in the Health section or in the chips section.

Please just STOP buying the sun chips.
