I have this wavy dark brown hair so how do I get bleached blonde highlights and straight hair?

My friend has this really pretty hair that's blackish but it has highlights that are blond because she bleached her hair. It's kinda like an asian hairstyle, so it looks good on her, but only because she has straight hair. I can get my hair bleached into highlights easily but how do I get straight hair? And do I make it straight first or highlights first?

You can do it the hard way like me and straighten yoru hair with a straightener or you can get it permed straight.  Since I'm not a professional, I would ask the hair dresser next time you go to see which you should get first of the perm and the highlights.

Hi Kandy,

You can do the highlights first on your wavy hair. Either go see a professional colorist for the highlights or you can try a highlighting kit from the store. Be cautious though, with your dark hair the highlights might come out an orange color.

to get super straight hair you need a straighting iron found anywhere, search more on it and you can find better brands. Make highlights first because if you straighten it and then bleach it, its gonna get wet therefore the iron has no effect on it.(when ur hair is straight and gets wet it goes back to the way it was curly,wavy etc..)
