I have this weird chest pain

Question

I get this weird chest pain. I don't know how to put it, it hurts so bad. Its like a twisting, stabbing, hurting pain. I also get acid that comes up my throat every now and then. I'm 13 by the way.

I also have a lot of lower back pain sometimes.

go see a doctor and ask about whether or not you have acid reflux.

i sometimes have the same problem. i would see a doctor and take tums whenever you have acid reflux

You could have acid reflux disease.  I don't think it's deadly or very serious, unless gone untreated.  I would go see your doctor asap.

are you overweight? if so that might be the cause of your pain

it is acid reflux you need for example prilosec OTC

That happened to me also. I was about 12, i went to the hospital and they hooked me up to all these machines. I was pretty freaked. They said nothing was wrong with me and that it was just because i have pectus excavation (shest grown in, ribs grow slanted outwards)

he also said, if it happens again, to go to the hospital while it was still hurting but i never did because i like 20 sum minutes from it so it would be gone by then,

1)its growing pains. normal for your age.

2)acid indigestion. try a glass of milk after acid comes up.

I couldn't think of anything beside overweight. But  since you not I really couldn't tell you. Got to a doctor.

Heartburn/Acid reflux? One of my friends had it and she was only 13. It's treatable though, so don't worry.

I had that for a bit, I really don't know, but it stopped after a few days.
