Ok, I have three attorneys but one of them is good friends with the defendants attorney should I still trust him to represent me in my case. One of the other attorney knows one of the defendants attorneys but he has not seen him in 10 years but can actually combine all of my cases into one case against the defendants. The other does not know any of the defendants attorneys but can only represent me in one case. Should I allow the one who can combine all of my three cases into one just be my only attorney or what do you think that I should do? No rude answers, no rude comments will be tolerated.

  1. Friendship is irrelevant except as it enhances communications and thus makes the process more efficient.  I have appeared against my best friend on hundreds of occassions without problems.

  2. depends on if you trust your attorney because if there friends then they are gonna work out a deal so that neither of them look bad and it depends on what the case is about . your better off with them being freinds but if one of them gets along better with the judge and the other not so much that could effect the out come also . what it comes down to is who you can trust the most and feel will do you right
