I have three lumps under an old bruise?

It's almost gone, but three little lumps in a row are under where it was. Can anyone tell me what they are? It's on my upper outside thigh, and it's a week or two old.

Most likely as the bruise resolved the water portion of the blood has now completely reabsorbed, leaving clumps of bloods cells to still be carried away as bits of cellular debris. Give the area a bit of heat, ice, massage and stretching daily.
