Is this normal or is this a pest or disease?

  1. I don't know about orange and grapefruit trees, but I know that some plant's leaves curl inwards towards the stem when they are not getting enough water or if it is too cold.


  2. Which way are the leaves curling? Up usually means they need water down means they have too much.
