I have tiny bugs on my desk and they keep appearing they look like baby ants a light brown color.?

Here's my guess:

springtails

Find the moisture source and dry it up. Try to make that drying permanent if you can. Then prepare for a ton of these pests. They'll go search for water before they die. For springtails it's all about water. No insecticide necessary.

If they are ants and you want to kill them use a mix of cinnamon and sugar. The ants will pick up the sugar, along with the cinnamon, and take it back to their queen. Ants can’t digest cinnamon and once the queen dies from not being able to digest the cinnamon the colony will die without her.
