I don't know what your referring to...never heard any such quote.  However, Biden is the poorest Senator.  He is not a millionaire like most senators.  He lives in a fairly ordinary house in a very nice neighborhood.  His wife still works as a school teacher.

The bad part is, liberals are so stupid that they don't know how much he makes, that he is exempt from insider trading laws, the primary source of income for Congress, and they don't even understand that his house alone is worth many times more than what he states his worth is.
