I have to ask how can a person leave a baby in the car all day and come back out to their dead little body...?

If more and more parents forget their children in cars and the children die,do you think the laws in Ohio need to be revised? This has happened again and the same excuse is being used. The mom is busy career woman and her schedule changed.Is it right that these moms lose their job but get to go home.

If they know it is dangerous for their children, and they still do it, it is a murder, and must be considered as "intentional"!

I think they should def. be held accountable, probabtion should def. be instated. Luckily a lot of car manufactorers are creating sensors that alert you, via cellphone or emai, that there is a body in the car. So this should start happening less and less (in the next 10 years).

In NY it's a crime.  I think it should be everywhere.  Stupidity causes the child to die.  The inside of a car can become a tomb under the right conditions.  The heat, the unbreathable thick air that has no place to circulate.  Common sense would tell you this is a mistake.  I think there should be an entrance exam to parenthood.

It should be unintentional murder. They forgot their kids, but remembered what to get at the store. They would be more productive to society if they went to prison.
