I have to call Wells Fargo for the screening process. What questions will they ask?

I applied for Phone Banker 1. I have no idea what question they will ask. I want to be prepared for whatever they through at me. I need to know so I don't stumble over my words. I want to sound as professional as possible. I really want this job and need some help!
