I have to change by girls diaper sometimes 2-3 times an hour.?

My baby cries whenever she wets diaper but I don't think she has a diaper rash. Sometimes I have to change diaper 4 times in an hour. Is that normal? It is crazy. I don't know why she is so sensitive. i use on her a cream with oxide zinc. should i use also powder? Other thing is that she has a thrush and so I wonder if that is why she needs diapers changed so often. does anyone has an idea what to do?

    may be she did not feel comfortable in dipper thats why she cry.

    do you leave her without dipper for some time in a day?
