I have to do a timed run today...??

I'm a 15 year old girl and I have cross country practice today at 6. The coach is timing us on running 5k or 3.1 miles. She wants us to get under 30 minutes. Does anyone have any advice? I'm nervous and I'm a slow runner.

  1. well your coach is just seeing how you do...but i would suggest to not start out to fast and pace yourself but do try to push yourself during the run

  3. don't worry you'll get under 30:00 minutes as long as you average 10 min a mile or less. Eat lots of fruits!!!!!
