Question:

I have to get up at 4:45 a.m. What time should i go to sleep and why?

If it helps last year i had 2 get up about 6:00 a.m and went 2 bed anywhere between 10:00 and like 12:00.Also i am 12 years old. Thanxx alot in advance and i will rate yall!

  1. Ok i suggest go to sleep at 8;00 or nine or 10 but if u go to sleep at 12 you are really going to be tired and weak....................................

Tough question to answer without knowing exactly how much sleep you usually get every night.  But let's use the numbers you gave us.  You're saying went to bed at 11:00 PM on average last year and had to get up at 6:00 AM.  That's seven hours of sleep.  So if you need to get up at 4:45 AM, you'd have to get to sleep at 9:45 PM to get seven hours of sleep.  However, since this is a new thing for you, it would be a good idea to go to bed a little early.  I recommend going to bed at 9:00 PM for starters.

    P.S.:  Don't listen to people who say you need eight hours of sleep every night.  That's not true.  Everyone is different.  I usually get between six and seven hours of sleep every night and I don't have any problems.

  3. People need eight to ten hours of sleep. When you are twelve, you need closer to ten, no less than eight. So you should get to bed around 8:00-8:30
