i´m 15 and i have to get up around 6:30am for work. i´ll be working 8-9 hrs.its currently almost 6am and i havent been able to sleep AT ALL tonight, should i try and fall asleep for half an hour, or spend that time drinking caffeine and try and get through the day?i slept a little last night but i didnt sleep at all the day before that so idksleep or no sleep
