  1. You will get the following citations:

    1. Speeding "____" over the speed limit : Ranges from 70-400 dollars

    2. No Valid operators license: 250 dollars to Jail time, depending on jurisdiction

    3. Taking a MV without permission: 500 dollars to Jail Time depending on jurisdiction

You can usually get a deferred sentence with a probation contingency, or a reduced fine....etc. Just do the right thing and go to the police station.

  2. You'll get a big fine and be banned from driving for a while.  If the owner of the car presses charges, you'll get a heftier fine.  If you know them, they might not be too pushy about that so you could just say you took the car without telling them you had no documents.  Most people would assume a friend who borrowed a car had a license - I've never asked a friend for a photocopy before I let them drive my car!  Depending on your record & location, you might get a short jail sentence or community service.

  3. At least they can't take your drivers license away.

  4. Chances are you will be sent to jail where you will be forced to learn proper English.

  5. I'm confused here, did you receive a ticket while doing the driving?  How would the police know you were speeding.  (Cameras maybe?)

I'll give you worst case and best case...

Worst case, the owner could prosecute for auto theft and jail time could be involved.

Best case, the officer will hit you with a collection of fines, and you may not be getting a license for a while..

There's a lot of factors here, your age, any prior issues, etc.  You might want to actually consult with a lawyer.  (And you have my admiration for being willing to step up).

  6. Noel is right--but driving without a license can also get you a big fine + court cost, conviction of a class 2 felony, so you now have a record,  get fingerprinted, get a suspended license or a revoked license,so you have to go to DMV and pay for a new one. Then you have to bring the new license, the insurance card, and receipt that you paid the fine back to the court clerk to prove compliance with the sentence. Be smart--don't drive without a license and insurance ever again.

  7. If you picture is on the camera photo, then it's your fine and you can expect to be without your license for a while longer. Fine will be a couple hundread bucks. By the way....your spelling is atrocious (bad) in case you didn't know what it meant.

  8. Well congratulations.  That is the right and noble thing to do.

My guess is that you will get a speeding ticket and probably some sort of driving without a license / insurance ticket.

If she is not going to prosecute you for taking her car without permission (vehicle theft), then you are only looking at a few traffic infractions - nothing that should land you in jail.
