how do I let the Judge know I'm predjudice against BAM thugs without being too outspoken? or should I just come right out and tell him how I feel about his inepttude in keeping gang violence down in our once fair city

  1. wow.........you're not even there yet, and already you've decided it's a gangster rapper drug charge.!!!!

Yup......that sure is blatant racism and prejudice!!!!

No chance it MIGHT be a white coller crime, eh?

Some PTA mom, ripping off the school funds again?

Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhh----never happens in YOUR "fair city".

No white boy, killing his wife for the insurance money?  or to be with his trailer park trash  mistress?

No CEO accused of ripping off BILLIONS in some insider dealer scandal?   Oh wait.......listen to me.........like THOSE cases EVER actually go to TRIAL!!!!

Yeah, you're right.........it's only the gangsta rappers who actually get sent to JAIL by prejudiced people.

well, fret not.........any one of the questions a competent lawyer will ask potential jurors, will dismiss you immediately.

Oh wait!!!! There I go again!!!!!   Gangsters, having "competent" court ordered lawyers!!! Hahahahahaha.

I am such a putz!!!     ah ---go ahead............have fun frying his a**!!!    what's the problem?  one less gangster, right?

  2. Just be honest and say right out that you don't believe in America or its system of justice that states that a person is innocent until PROVEN guilty. That you are un-American enough to judge people based on bigotry and prejudice instead of the evidence in the case.

I'm sure he'll understand.  Then he will throw you in jail for contempt of court--which is where you belong.

  3. The fast way is better yes you are predjudice and yes they will ship you right out of there in time for lunch

  4. Tell the truth in directly answering the lawyers' questions about your eligibility as a juror.   If chosen, speak your mind in deliberations and vote your conscience.  That's your role, and your right.  It sounds to me like you would make a good juror -- but the jury-phase of another's trial is not the place to voice your political views, in my opinion, unless you are asked about them.

  5. They'll let you go home during jury selection if you let them hear that.

  6. It isn't necessary to go that far.  Merely tell the defending attorney that you are not well disposed toward BAM thugs and have had this feeling for several years.  You will be removed from jury duty. I share your feelings.

  7. Or you could lie to get on the jury and send his gangsta azz to jail. LOL

  8. Jury duty is no guarantee you will be picked to serve on a trial. Most of the time you just sit around while they plea bargain most of the cases. Then you go home
