Direct bus from Nehru Place terminal - it's either 864 or 865 - one of them goes only till Tilak Nagar. If you are planning to go in the evening, you can even get chartered buses from near the subway.

take 724 bus number from Nehru Place Terminal, it will end up at Uttam nagar, from uttam nagar you can take rickshaw to go to vikas puri or you can take bus no.883. bus no.883 goes to via vikas puri.
