I have to lose weight...and I don't have the time.?

I know that it's just an excuse, but I'm serious, so please answer seriously.

I want to lose weight very badly (who doesn't?), but I have college+work from morning to night. I don't get home until eleven usually, and by then I am too tired & can't do much but shower and sleep.

I try to control what I eat, but mostly it's the exercise that I lack. I'm having back problems already and it's driving me insane looking at the mirror. Please help!

  1. Because you have no time to devote to exercising, i would seriously watch what you eat, you have total control over what goes in your mouth.

    No sugar/ carb snacks, only fresh fruit for snacking on

    Eat a good breakfast preferrably protein....lunch on healthy salads and lean meat/chicken sandwiches...and eat vegies with your meal every night, reduce fried foods, processed foods and biscuits, cakes, pastries, potato chips etc

    Drink lots of water.....
