I know that it's just an excuse, but I'm serious, so please answer seriously.
I want to lose weight very badly (who doesn't?), but I have college+work from morning to night. I don't get home until eleven usually, and by then I am too tired & can't do much but shower and sleep.
I try to control what I eat, but mostly it's the exercise that I lack. I'm having back problems already and it's driving me insane looking at the mirror. Please help!
