Assuming you are otherwise healthy, not suffering from some kind of bug, aren't talking about irritable bowel syndrome, etc., it wouldn't hurt to look up information regarding strengthening up your pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles because they can have an effect on the feeling of urgency on both bladder and bowel control in both men and women.  There's a lot of leads via the search engines.
