I have to provide my licience for a speeding fine but its lost and is going to to take 3 weeks to get a new 1?

can i pay the fine and provide the licence when i get it? i only have 2 weeks to left on my deadline

  1. Tell the office who have demanded your licence and as a back up, also tell them at your local police station - go in person.


  2. The chances are you may get it back within the 2 weeks,  aply for it now.

  3. you must go to thepolice staition the you have nominated to produce your documents as you only get 28 days from the conviction to produce them as after that they will put a warrent for your arrest for not providing your documents good luck let us know what happens

  4. Write to the DVLA and explain the situation and ask them if they can speed up the delivery. They can be obliging at times. If you are more desperate make a personal visit to Swansea and you could get it on the day.

  5. I should ask the clerk at your local police station.
