I have ran the mile before and well i got interested in color guard ( drill team) and well i joined. Now i have a fitness test tomorrow and i havent ran the mile in a long time.. since we got a new stadium we have to run i there and its longer than it used to be!now im scared im not going to make it under 10 min. cause if i dont i will have to run again cause the teacher is an *** hole!n-e ways.. the point is that im nervous that im not going to make all 4 laps in time.....please help this anxious high school freshman.!!!!thankyou!
