Im in track and Im training for the two mile and this is the first time I have volenteered for somthing like this and Im also tryin to letter in track and by doing that I cant miss any practices or meets Im Iceing them and they wont seem to go away, ive had them for about three weeks and they just refuse to ease up how do I get rid of them without missing a practice?I also have to run a two mile in four days so I need help desperatly.
