i have to search a paticular mail from my mail box.but i m unable to search.some option has been turned off.can anybody help.i a facing big problem due to this

Solution may vary with the mailbox providers. Let me know which email service you are using. Or are you asking about mail clients like outlook express?

I don't know how to get the option returned on your mail, but maybe the link to the shortcuts themselves will do in the meantime?
