  1. you'll be fine lol its not as bad as you make it sound

  2. what strokes?  I am mainly High School distance swimmer with all strokes thrown in.  If your events are distance remember to strech & anchor your stroke.  If you are swimming the 500 start on a good pace (not like a warm-down but a good semi-aggressive pace) give yourself a speed boost at laps 5 and 10, and build-up your stroke after 13.  If you have held a good time/pace give all of your energy on the very last 50 (this should be an all-out "i am going to beat the person next to me" pace).

  3. Talk to your coach.  Ask him what small things you can work on in the next two weeks to improve your performance.  Other than that, go to practice, listen to your coach, eat well and get plenty of rest.  If you've done the work all season things should fall into place at the end.

  4. If your meet is only two weeks away, there isn't all that much you can do physically to improve your performance. What you CAN do is spend the next two weeks mentally rehearsing each of your events. Visualize how you want to feel. Feel the cool water. Smell the chlorine. See your goal time on the score board.

Visualizing your perfect race will help your brain make it reality!

  5. how about relax, and think about which event that you would like to do the best in out of the ones you have to swim and think of you race strategy, and it seems like you have swam enough to be able to run races over in your mind, but again the main thing is chill

  6. OK first of all 8 events in 3 days inst that bad i swim 10 events in 2 days all the time so just chill and you will be fine
