First , Get her basic details

1. Where was she working before joining your school ?

2. How does she feel about joining this particular school ?

3. What would she expect from the student community here ?

Next, get the stuff useful to all of you ..

1. What does she dislike most in a student ?

2. What does she like the best in a student ?

3. What are her long term plans for the school ?

4. How does she propose to implement her plans ?

Next, voice out long standing unresolved problems at your school and get her opinion on it.

1. Currently we have this ......... problem. How would you resolve this ?
