I have to take showers this year in gym, and change, what should i do since i have never done this before?

You take your clothes off, walk into the shower, wash just like you do at home, dry off, get dressed. Simple.

If you're worried about somebody seeing your naked body, forget it. Everybody else has the same problem. You'll get over it real quick.

Don't worry! Just get undressed and shower like you do at home. Most showers have a place to hang your towel before you go in...then you shower, and grab your towel and dry-off. Everyone is a little nervous when showering in school for the first time...you'll be fine.

I play on a college football team. We always have to shower together. Don't even think about it. All the other kids feel the same way trust me.

You mean with others the same s*x? or you have never showered? I am in the Navy dude and communal showers are pretty common, you aint a man till you've showered with 30 other guys stark naked. Dnt worry about it bro its really not a big deal if thats what you mean

Well for changing, if your showers have curtains you can simply just change in there or if your locker room has bathroom stalls if you really feel uncomfortable changing in front of others.

I think after awhile though you kind of get used to it. I was uncomfortable with it at first but I didn't mind too much after a week or two since it wasn't even that long and no one seemed to stare too fervently as I was changing since they were changing as well.

And if you have to shower and there are curtains then it shouldn't be as awkward if you do. I never encountered this problem at all though since there wasn't even enough time to shower if I wanted to, and that might actually end up being the case with you as well (unless your school gives you a lot of time in between classes or before that class ends).]

But if there aren't curtains then I'm not really sure what advice to give....

The guys who get picked on are the ones who act shy, timid and scared. Guys shouldn't have a problem getting changed, getting naked or showering in front of one another. It is a normal part of being a guy. Professional athletes do it everyday as do guys in the military. Just know that it is normal to be uneasy at first but try not to show it. The more confident you look the less attention you will draw to yourself.

You accept the fact that you are just like all the other boys physically, and they don't have anything you don't have, and basically you all look alike down below naked. So big deal. Take off your clothes, go to the shower and wash well, towel off, get dressed. No reason to be embarrassed or ashamed.   If you are not even used to being nude by yourself, except in the shower, you need to get naked more at home when you can so you get used to your body being bare walking around.  Nude is normal.
