The pay very, very is good, but its an "old boy" network, and I have a bad temper and have lost my cool in the past, and it hasn't gone well. I really need this situation to pan out for me.

People have been able to work side by side with people who think they are inherently better/smarter/more entitled to respect than others forever. How did they do it without going mad?

  1. realize that they are just as human as you are.  you are not better or worse than anybody.  Honestly, you could give them an ultimanum by voice recording their voices and blackmailing them out of money, then quit.

  2. I put salt in their coffee every other day.

Seriously, I've been in those situations for different reasons.

I just ignore the clods - it drives them up a wall.

btw, surely this isn't the ONLY way you can move ahead - there MUST be someone better out there.

Perhaps you should spend some time looking for them.  Bail as soon as you can.
