Well I'm not sure about the proper skills techniques sorry.

But two strategies could be having a back line player that comes in and out as needed without having to sub. They are called a libero. Another strategies is to have two setters instead of just one. This way if the team has two good hitters who set they can still hit, and not have to play back line at all.

This website has everything on rotation. I mean everything. It's kind of hard to explain in not a lot of words.

Scoring:

Everytime the a team doesn't return the ball, either during a serve or play, then the other team gets one point. The games go to 25 points, and then the teams switch sides. You play a total of at least three matches during one game of volleyball. This also can get a little complicated.  In order to end the game, the winning team has to win three matches. The matches can only go up to 5. At five there are special rules and stuff. Also for scoring, if someone touchs the ball twice, misses a serve, and it goes out then the other team gets the point.

Three examples of proper etiquette:

Shake hands after game.

Staying on your teams side of the net.

Be kind during the other teams practice time.

and a spike which you use to attack a team...

*4.roation..servers spot is 1...then the right upper corner is 2..upfront midle is 3..the left upper corner is 4..the backleft corner is 5 and the back middle is 6... as in positions...

*5...scoring every time it hits your side its 1 point for the team and everytime the ball hits your oppeonents side its 1 for you... If a team mate hits it out of bounds you can hit it back up and over....
