I have to write about 5 objects in spanish, could someone check my grammar and wording?

Hi, as you guys could probably tell... im not a native speaker and i am learning spanish in my high school. I have to talk about 2 objects that are "important" and i used google translation to translate a big part. could you help me proofread and change the parts that dont make sense? i wrote what i was trying to say underneath each one.

Por ultimo, este es mi peluche Keroppi. Y el es muy importante porque voy a dormir con el cada noche. Tambien, siempre que sea voy en viajes, yo traigo el conmigo y acompaña mi. El es muy suave y adorable.

- Lastly, this is my stuffed animal Keroopi. He is very important because i go to sleep with him everynight. Also, whenever i go on trips, i bring him along with me and accompanies me. He is very soft and adorable.

Este es mi collar. Es muy importante para mi porque es el regalo de mi primero cumpleanos. Este collar es de mi tia, que se ocupo de mi cuando yo era joven. Mi mama no dio este a mí hasta yo tengo ocho anos pero recuerdo que era en una pequeña caja de joyas con encaje y todavía mantenerlo allí hoy.

-This is my necklace. It is very important to me because it is the present of my first birthday. This necklace was from my aunt, who took care of me when i was young. My mom did not give this to me until i was eight years old but i remembered that it came in a small jewerly box with pink lace. And today, i still keep it there.
