I have toads(frogs) in my pond and two of them were on top of a dead one why is that?

i have a small water garnden pond and some frogs have made it there home but two frogs were sitting on top of a dead frog why is that or why would they be doing that?

if the dead one was floating int he water it was because it floats.

umm.... maybe they're eating him??? I don't really know... that's strange...

It sounds like to me that there is some polution in the water which killed one frog,and the other two were using it's back for a launching pad to jump out.
