I have toddlers and no oven manual!!?? How do I use the child lock?

I have a Kitchen Aid Superba. It has the digital controls and I am wondering how to lock them. Does anyone have this appliance by chance?

You have to hold down the Energy Saver Dry button for 5 seconds to activate or deactivate the Child Lock
