i have tomtom go 720..(only had for about 4 weeks) it was working fine ,then i took it on flight from texas to Ca. it worked there but upon returning to texas 5 days later, it will not work..i thought charging it would solve it but all i get is the screen to come on..then it will not do or let me do anything by touching screen...after 10 minutes or so an X appears then still until the red X starts flashing i can't even turn off...i can not use this at all ..i tried reset button....i'm sure i have failed to do something silly but i can not figure this out....thanks, monica
