I'm sure you will be fine, there is a time window so that you can take your medication a while after your normal scheduled time and not suffer any harmful effects from it. However try to be somewhat more punctual next time around so that you won't stress yourself out! Hope I helped and Good luck!

You are fine. You can take medications 1 hour before and 1 hour later safely.
