I have totally botched my Groups info. How do I delete all the groups and start over again?

I tried to change the name of my group twice, and now I've completely screwed up what I was trying to do with my Group. Can someone tell me how to delete the three groups I started and then start over again? HELP!!!!!

If you delete them they are history.  To delete, click management lower left column.  You will  then see a button delete group.  Click and follow the prompts.
