if you cannot even remember the email I would just set up a new one it would be easier than racking your brain.

Myspace takes days, sometimes even a week, to respond.

If you don't know either the email OR the password though, odds are you cannot recover it.

My best suggestion is to forget about it and re-register with a new account.
