I have tried the path u gave me screwdriver its just not working?

I have also found a link to download the driver for this camera , ive installed that but still nothing ... when i plug in usb & cord to camera no folder opens up in my computer ????

Plug in to other's computer to see if there is a folder there. If so, try reinstall your OS. This is call trouble shooting.

Take the memory card out of your camera and place it in your camera's slot and download from there.
