I have tried to change my password to spurlock694?

I have had no luck my extreme frustration. I am green when it comes to computers.Is there any way you can make it baby step easy to change my password?someone is readind my e-mail and taking info.I have to get a differrent password asap.PLEASE.this person or persons have access to my computer password.If you can sen mt one that only i know I am cool with that, and call me with answer. I don't care what the password is. 618-792-6240.

never tell everyone your password, cause you may end up keeping it for years and you may end up paying bills on line and guess what, you end up with no money cause they got your info and now you have bigger problems, if you need to ask how to change my personal password dont put what it is good luck also when you first put your email address and password in when signing in you amy have said remember my info( makes it easier to not have to sign in everytime you want to go on line) well if they live in the same house, thats how they get your info

Change your password to something that only you know

You should NOT ask someone else to give you a password.  Mix it up, write it down if you have to (keep it in a secure place).
