Yeah, you've been trying to have kids. Seems to me the ones who try and try and try never get pregnant for quite some time.

With us, it took 6 weeks. Our mentality was, when it happens it happens. And in the mean time, we had a lot of fun. Never once worried if we were going to be getting pregnant any time soon.

If you are concerned that there may be a medical reason for not having conceived a child in 3 years, go to the doctor and have them evaluate you.

The only thing I would say outside of the medical reasoning is this...  RELAX... I understand you want to have children, but if you relax, it will happen faster.  Women who are stressed, overworked, tired, uptight, etc... have a harder time.  I know too many women that got pregnant while on vacation, on their honeymoon, etc - they were relaxed.... when you're not putting the un necessary pressure of having a baby on yourself - it will happen.

We hear of many women having multiple births these days... triplets, twins, etc are more common... why?  fertility drugs... women are stressed and all worked up, can't get pregnant and they go for the treatment.  I know of a few women, personally, that were in that situation.. they went for the fertility treatments, got pregnant (1 had triplets, another had twins, another 3 women had single babies), and once the pressure was off - they had a child - BAAAM!  they got pregnant naturally - without fertility treatments... so go on vacation and have fun!  the rest as they say.. will come naturally :-)
