I have tripped on a large shopping park. my wrist is broken & i need a metal plate put in. how do i claim?

find an ambulance chasing lawyer and see if they'll take your case, just because you fell down doesn't make them negligent, what made them negligent when you fell is the thing you would have to prove/

Find the b**tard who fell down, and go after them!  Sue your legs while you are at it, they are defenseless, right?
