  1. Admire the courage kid, the key is consistency and determination. allow no slack in your schedule. run 6 rounds a day at a stadium, rest on sundays. keep your pace slow enough to jog throughout without stopping. increase the pace every week n you're set. i was same as you, started training on march 1 and have improved...

  2. Your the perfect age to start. Just run or jog 20-30minutes a day 3-4 times a week. While your jogging you should be able to carry on a conversation , if not slow down a little and then wwhen you get your breath back speed back up. In a few weeks, your body will get better at processing oxygen and you will not breath as hard even when you speed up. You can count calories. 1mile =80-100 calories. Running also speeds up your metabolism so you will burn more calories  for about 24 hours after you run. Dont get frustrated ,it takes time, but you will start seeing results in a very short time.Good running.

  3. Its very important you start having a healthy diet and then you can start by running something like 10km a week. Then every week you can add 5km and in no time you will be mr universe! also work on the upper partof the bodie with pressups and pish ups

  4. Start of with shorter distances then work your way up.

Start with a quater mile, then half mile, then mile, then 2miles...ect.

  5. Try to run for 15 minutes a day, then see how you feel. If you aren't feeling good, see a doctor.  Just remember that everyone feels some discomfort when they begin to run! GOOD LUCK! DON'T GIVE UP IF YOU AREN'T SEEING RESULTS RIGHT AWAY!
