I have trouble facing quick bowlers in cricket, when they pitch the bowl in the block hole.I get lbw or bowled

Any tips or techniques on how to deal with this?

I would suggest to open your stance up (rotate your body to face the bowler more) and to also widen your stance (this can help to move your feet quicker).  It helps also with faster bolwers to pick your bat up earlier.

It has something to do with your stance. But even the best of batsmen face trouble facing a yorker pitched in the block hole.

Get a coach and keep practicing.

tht is the 1ly place bowler WINS... but if watch the ball till the end and dig the ball from tht block hole....thn it wil be very simple
