I have trouble getting to sleep, can someone help ?

I know my sleep patterns have been all over the place recently, but i go to high school tomorrow and i have picture day, i dont want my eyes all puffy is there anyway i can get to sleep better?

I heard it takes the average person 7 minutes to get to sleep it takes me 30 minutes to half an hour

Help :)

Btw it's too late to get into a routine of going to bed early, i went to bed at 11 last night which was a bad idea and i fell asleep a round about 12.

  1. sleep apnea... go talk to your doctor about it


  2. You have to have a routine lifestyle. Then your body would follow it and you won't have trouble getting to sleep. Don't change ur sleeping patterns so much, bad for health too. And a gentle reminder, no sleeping pills cos it just makes you depend on it and everything will get worse.

  3. Cut out anything that has alot of sugar or caffeine at least an hour before bed. Take a long hot bath 45 mins or so b4 your ready to go to bed and try to listen to some soothing music as you go to bed.
