I know my sleep patterns have been all over the place recently, but i go to high school tomorrow and i have picture day, i dont want my eyes all puffy is there anyway i can get to sleep better?I heard it takes the average person 7 minutes to get to sleep it takes me 30 minutes to half an hourHelp :)Btw it's too late to get into a routine of going to bed early, i went to bed at 11 last night which was a bad idea and i fell asleep a round about 12.help xxxx
