  1. Go to the driving range and focus on it. After a bit of practice it will just come naturaly

  2. Go to the range and start by not lifting your head up at all. You might find this easier with chipping to start with, just easy shots.

Keep that head right down, and only lift it once it has long gone. Practicing this at the most extreme will be the best for you because it will give you the feel of what needs to be done.

Try to  imagine that a penny is underneath the golf ball, and you want to see it flip as you hit it. You will have to keep your head down to see the coin flip.

Using both the extreme technique and then something to keep the head down you will get it right after practice.

You could in theory keep that head all the way down, your playing partners will watch the ball for you.

So just try and keep that head fixed.

Good Luck and I hope this will help you.

  3. bite the bottom of your shirt

  4. Plain and simple, have a friend hold you head down by standing behind you and holding a club on your head. The feeling of something there should allow muscle memory to keep your head down, take a slow swing a couple times just so you get the feeling of how you should be hitting the ball. Then, at the driving range, hit some balls after doing this. Make sure you see the ball the whole time, you head shouldnt move and make sure you see the ball hit the club. if this doesnt work, repeat, or you could get some lessons from your local pro. But the most important thing is to swing at a good tempo and to watch the ball.

  5. Take your time and focus on what you are about to do before you swing.  Let your shoulder bring your head up at the end of the shot.

  6. Hey! Just consentrate on the ball not on where it is going! I hope this helped and golf luck wit it in the future!

  7. Practice, practice practice.  Even when u dont have a club in your hand, play "Air Golf" to practice it!

  8. Theres no real training aid, you just have to keep it down no matter what even if you don't even look at the ball. You'll get the hang of it.

  9. neck brace

  10. Watch Annika Sorenstam - she lifts her head up when she swings.  But the key is she keeps it very still during the swing, which keeps the shoulders and body in the right position.  Be more focused on maintaining a good posture throughout the swing - not tilting your shoulders or dipping your legs or swaying back and forth.  Heck, there are blind golfers that play better than me.

  11. I had a bit of trouble with this as well. I heard this somewhere else but what i do is have the label of the ball facing upward, and just look at that label and focus on it. It is something that will keep you eyes locked on the ball. It worked for me!

  12. A very important part of the golf swing is the ability to keep your eye on the ball. However, it is essential not to confuse this with "keeping your head down".

  13. I did at first then my boyfriend said "Laser your eyes into the ball, pretend your eyes have a laser beam coming out of them at the ball and do not look up until you have swung thru" this has really helped me. I mean everyone pulls their head on occasion, with practice it will come. They say as a golfer you NEVER see a good shot.

  14. This may seem kind of stupid feeling to do and i recommend only doing this on the range, but if you are wearing a collared shirt, bite the collar  before you take a swing and keep it in your mouth throughout the swing. This will prevent your head from coming up to fast.

  15. Just work on it at the Driving Range don't worry it will come.

    Good Luck
