I have always had trouble putting in my hard contacts. Any suggestions

  1. Imagine the contacts is resting on your finger...

    The water between your finger and the lens creates a surface tension force.

    The force resists the lens from leaving your finger when the lens is touching the eye.

    Solution:

    Dab dry your finger before resting the lens on your finger. Less water = less surface tension = easier insertion
