Question:

I have trouble sleeping?

I'm comfortable, nice and cool (as far as heat goes, calm, relaxed, all that, I simply cannot sleep! Any help?

  1. Drinking milk is good because it's got some sort of a chemical that helps us sleep easily. Another thing, avoid taking long naps within the day because it may interfere with your body taking a rest at night. I also suggest you avoid too much caffeine and vices.

    If sleep doesn't really come, try closing your eyes and thinking about the problems that may come tomorrow - avoid thinking much (how will your brain rest if you're still using it?)
