ya.. you can both see 2 local area connection w 2 different IP addresses.

if it is  networking that it possible to run two lan in a time.

You can have as many NICs as you have slots. My server has multiple subnets it is connceted too. It is all taken care of by your operating system.

yes you can, but be carefull since you will enable the two lans to see each other
